La Table is the hotel's restaurant, located at the back of the house, out of sight, in a walled garden.
The dining room is set under a glass roof, the former gallery with colonnade of the Sisters' house; it is surrounded by two small pavilions, the pantry and the winter garden, which form slightly more intimate rooms for small groups of guests. The glass roof opens out onto the enclosed garden, which forms the restaurant's terrace.
The cuisine offered at La Table des Prés is simple, generous country cooking, based on the quality of local produce and its enhancement through simple, harmonious preparation. The preservation of tastes and the encouragement to share guide the composition of the plates, the menu is voluntarily restricted and very often renewed to make the Table alive and anchored in each season.
